Please keep your log in details confidential. We request that you do not disclose the log in details to any persons outside your organization without prior approval from us.
Please note : All Computer moniters display colours differently. The colours represented in our designs and framing is A GUIDE ONLY. Please do not relay on the colours represented in our range as they may be different to those which are displayed.
Please note that all sizes stated are approximate only. Art For Life will not be held reponsible for any problems that arise from any discrepancies in sizing of our products.
Orders can be made through our website, telephone or Fax.
There is a minimum order of $400 through our website.
* First orders are Pro-Forma.
* Payment must be received within 14 days of placing the order, stock will not be sent out until this payment has been received. If payment is not received within the 14 days the order will automatically be cancelled.
* After your first order you can apply for a 30 day account.
If you currently have a operating credit account with us, we will send out your orders and invoice you with a 30 Day account.
* Mastercard & Visa. 1.5% extra wll apply

Art For Life suggests that you nominate your own freight companies ex Sydney.
If you are unable to nominate your preffered carrier, then we shall appoint one of ours.
We endevour to keep freight charges to a minimum. However, some of our fragile and glass products require more specialized transport companies. These companies often apply minimum charges.
We currently import from six countries worlwide. As it sometimes takes up to three weeks to recieve some of the images, we suggest that you allow up to six weeks for delivery in Australia and up to three months in New Zealand.
Claims & Discrepansies:
* All claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
* Claims must be received in writing, quoting the invoice number and reasons.
* We do not refund or exchange for change of mind.
* OUR POLICY IT TO REPLACE ANY FAULTY GOODS, REFUNDS ARE NOT GIVEN WHEN WE ARE ABLE TO REPLACE /REPAIR THE GOODS.
